Hey everyone, I’m Jessika! I’m the newest member of Go T.O Physiotherapy/Downsview Orthopedic and Arthritis Center. I recently graduated from Humber College and can’t wait to give back to the community. I grew up very involved in sports such as basketball and soccer which eventually, I used to develop a passion for the human body through my own injuries and impairments. I have had the opportunity to provide massage therapy to a wide array of impairments such as sports injuries, chronic pain, and postural impairments caused by pregnancy. I have treated a very diverse population ranging anywhere from 3 weeks to 89 years old, having the opportunity to treat infants, children adults and the elderly. I have experience with traditional deep tissue Swedish techniques, athletic massage hydrotherapy and can effectively provide remedial exercises when necessary. I believe that the body is only as effective as you allow it to be and like anything else it sometimes requires some work to keep it running smoothly.
